Wanted to share the picture of my pet Woodchuck. Her name is Woodie. Raised her from the time she was about four inches long and abandoned by her mother at the edge of the road. We backed up and waited for a long time for the mother to return and pick her up, but she didn't return. Raised Woodie in our house for over a year, she was very clean and well behaved. She left automatically the next year when she was mature, never saw her again. We lived at the edge of 20,000 acres of State land, so I wasn't worried that she wouldn't be able to find a home of her own in the wilderness.
Hi Nanacoon, I have 2 family's of 3 right now they some onto my deck to eat their canteloupe they are adorable and they look into the slider and scratch the glass to remind me to put more food out for them. I also have 7 raccoons that come every night to eat along with skunks, possiums, fox, squirrels, chipmonks etc I just love them all.
