I need help in finding parts/repair kit for a copperhead hydrant. It is about 30 yrs old. water leaks out after shutting it off. we shut main off after each use, but this is getting tiresome.

r3nr, Yoiu very well might need repair parts but have you tried changine the adjustment for the effective length of the rod that actuates the burried valve? Too far one way and it won't shut off, too far the other way and it may not turn all the way on. The mating surfaces may have worn down, decreasing the sealing pressure when in the O_F_F position. May be worth a try as if yo can't adjust it, or find parts to repair it you will have to replace it before it clusters.
