does anybody have a cp well system??

does the control [brain] box make noise?? is it worth the extra cost??we are going to sign a deal at 3:00 today on a new system.he will qoute us on both standard and cp[constant presure].any info would help.i guess you need a 7 gal/min minimum flow rate for a cp system?
