I just bought a 10" draw shave to clean off dirty bark on logs before I mill them. It came from Eagle USA in Pelham AL. and was 40.00 web page

You could try E-bay. They usually have several. Prices tend to get a bit hight tho on good ones. I purchased mine in a second hand store a few years ago for $12

Drawknives are pretty common items in antique shops. Try Ebay

We used to use either a sharpened ice scraper, or better yet, try to find a bark spud, if you just want to get the bark off and are not worried about any other shaping.
