These are from a series of shots my wife made one evening recently while she was out walking around our property near our new house project with her digicam. There was little wind and the various ponds she visited were nearly like mirrors.

Nothing can beat the tranquility of a calm fall evening unless it is the expextation of a calm summer morning with phlanxes of ghostly mist legions marching to the sound of Birds.
By the way, whats the name of lodge in the background.

OH, THAT LODGE... I'm told that upon completion it is to be the Intergalactic Headquarters of the G-Star ranch, South Central Oklahoma Benevolent Pontificating Society, and sewing circle (Not affiliated with the Pomana Valley Timing Association and sewing circle.)
It is rumored that there are some strange goin's on there late in the evening when the sky is clear. Sometimes little red lights are seen moving at the hands of dark human like shapes who seem to be worshiping some sort of cylinder on a tripod looking stand of some kind.
I see you have renewed your learner's permit or do you have your "regular" poetic lisc now?
We get some pretty impressive mists on the ponds, usually early in the morning, or at least that is when we see them. The larger of the three ponds behind the new house really puts on a show but unfortunately I have only seen it from a distance. That will be a photo op for sure when we are moved in down there.
Move in date is uncertain but getting closer. I think we will be occupying part of it before A/C season next year. We should have warm water in selected wals, ceilings, and floors sometimes next week. It can take a week to bring a slab up to temp from a COLD start. We have had warm air capability in the part of the house that usually would have warm water for a week. That makes working inside a shirtsleeve afair, which is NICE.
