Sealing new cement

Yesterday I poured pool decking and sidewalks and I am considering sealing the concrete. I want to seal the concrete to keep red dirt stains to a minimum and to add longevity to the concrete. The concrete is colored and salt finished.

Here's the question...Is there a product that allows application within the week that the cement was poured?
