What is best way to straighten bent stock panel?

What is best way to straighten a bent tubular stock panel? Mashed top of one down a foot & a half yesterday. Of course all the other cross members got bent down too! I'm sure my cro-magnon method of using a big hammer would do more harm than good.

Turn them over & let the BULL run throu them that way! No just kidding! I'd have to say it all depends on where they are bent...If they are bowed, just turn them over & try walking or driving on the bow but if they are bent up & down, get a bar & heat & pry down... Let's see some pics & go from there! Now I do some repairs & usually spend more money & time in repairing bad one than they are worth... some are cheaper to replace! & then YOU got more materal to repair savable ones...HUMMM is SAVE ABLE a word?
