Chicken Problems

I have some 6 week old chicks the problem is that they seem very lithargic and their dropings seem very loose I have just switched from chick starter to chick grower about a week ago.
they also seem to be larger than they should in the tail area with a lack of feathers.
Any suggestions????

You might want to got to Backyard Chickens and ask that. A lot of information there. My chics are 4 weeks old.
