Chickens from coop to freezer -- help!

I hope that some of you experienced chicken people can help me. I have 35 meat birds that are ready for the butcher. Unfortunately, the people I usually have do this for me are booked solid for the next six weeks. They'll never last that long! I know how to kill them, but I don't know what to do after that to safely process them. Any help is greatly appreciated!
