Anyone heard how Oakhurst dairy is fairing in their fight against the dark side?

This will take years to resolve through the courts. But, the fact that Monsanto was not able to get an injunction to stop Oakhurst's adds for milk from growth hormone-free cows says that the harm to Monsanto is not clear-cut. I don't even drink milk, but I won't knowingly buy any Monsanto product.
