I have a Laser 56 and I clean the blower when gets a error message.I am getting EE 6 means air pocket,out of fuel,high limit switch actived,flame sensor malfunction.
I cleaned the blower and worked for 2 days .Now it works and shuts off after awhile and gets EE 6. After a week of doing this.Now it turns on goes to med flame and when ready to start working gets the EE 6 and the proceds to run all the heat out and suts off.
I took the side off where fuel is and pushed the red button and fuel comes out.I have a full tank of fuel.I have the tank on the unit. It was lasting a day but now just heats up and gets the massage.Its about 10 years old.Thanks for any help.Jack

Try and manually activate and clean the shutdown switches indicated by the error message. [ this dependends on the type of sensing element on what you can do ] If you can get a meter on the sending points so much the better.
If you have the manual there may be some advice in it.

I did that already I think.I hit the Hour and min together and displays c10.It runs the whole 10 min of cleaning and puts some heat out while doing it.Is that the manual cleaning you were talking about?What do you mean about the meter thing?My dad works on tvs so he has some electrical knowledge.Thanks for the help Jack

I just took the back off to check the fan out.There was a bunch of dust on the magnet part of the fan.The fan still turned very easy.I blew all the dust out and cleaned up and it is now working.I cant believe the dust that was there could have caused the problem,but its now working good and ran for 15 min now.I will wait and see if it last.I will let you know if your interested if it fixes the problem.Thanks Jack

I thought I fixed the problem.It ran for 1 hr.I went to work to shovel all the snow we got with alot of rain at the end.5 inches snow and lots of rain afterwards and it made it nasy for us folks in Pa at least.I got home and the error code was back again.So I am back looking for more advice.Whats next.I shut it off and turned back on and its working again.Before I cleaned the fan it would start up go to med and get ready to start heating the room and get the error message,The fan would continue running like does when normally shuts down.So the fan is working,I spin the fan and its totally free so nothing binding the fan from what I can see.It was shutting down and I would restart and would run awhile not sure how long since not there.Then It got to the point was just getting ready to run and get the error message.Think thats all the info I can give on the problem.Thanks Jack
