I have a small orchard and never get fruit despite older healthy trees good sun ect. when do you ferttilize in the fall? leaves on the tree or close to winter?

Saw a similar case with cherries. Turned out the "MALE" tree had died and was not replaced.

There has recently been a huge crash in the honey bee population. Lack of pollinators can be a problem too.
