wood burning stove

I have a wood burning stove in an insulated pole barn. Can I use regular stove pipe to go through the insulation or do i need triple wall pipe

You will need the code-specific thimble to go through the roof. Certain distances (greater for regular pipe) are required. A regular pipe will (can) get HOT.
