I'm considering getting a metal carport. There are a few dealers in my area that sell the Eagle brand, http://www.eaglecarports.com, and they look pretty good. I was about to go ahead and order one, but I have a concern. I have a standard policy of checking with the Better Business Bureau before any major purchase. I checked with the Better Business Bureau Serving Western Virginia at http://www.bbb.org and they provided the following information:

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to an unanswered complaint.

The Bureau has requested basic information from this company. The Bureau has not received a response.
