concrete sealer

I put thompson's water sealer on fresh concrete about 4 days old, a week later it is still wet. How can i strip this and start over with a fresh sealer

It will dry eventually but it is just the wrong product. There are several sealers for newly poured concrete. We just used the DRYLOCK product and it did a nice job and soaked in quickly and dried to the touch in about five hours in humid conditions.
