Pole Barn wanted in Michigan

Hello all,

family and I are moving to Midland, MI in about 3 wks. our home is on about 1.3 acres with 2 car garage.

we'd like to put up a pole barn or similar out-shed (24 x 30 or so) to store riding mower, atv, etc. we'd like a good sized OH door, separate regular door, shingled roof, concrete floor (eventually, but not required right away).

i'll not be able to build this alone, so I'm look for suggestions, recommendations, referrals for a good, reputable builder in the Midland/Bay City/Saginaw area.

I appreciate any feedback!
