Irish Moss

I don't have any but I was still wondering if you can actually smell Irish Moss? I hear that it's advertised as being a fragrant ground cover.

I don't know that it is fragrant but it is really pretty. I would like to have like a garden with natural stones around it and this would look really pretty in it.
