Yeesss... I have been in a baking frenzy lately.
This one is next on my list. Hopefully I will make it for Thanksgiving:
Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie with Praline and Coconut-Pecan Crust
I get most of my recipes from this site and also from a gluten free cookbook I have.
