    Red face Florentines

    I just love Florentines. There is a bakery by my house that makes the best Florentines I have ever tasted. They are so crispy and lacey. Half of the Florentine is dipped in milk chocolate and the other half is plain (so you can hold it without getting your fingers messy). Have you ever tasted Florentines? If so, do you like them?
